Things to Know Before Ordering

During the graduation season, due to the high volume of orders, we only support orders from our catalog to ensure product quality.
Graduation season flower bouquets are made with floral foam by default to extend their freshness.
The images serve as style references; flowers may be adjusted based on daily availability, but the style will remain consistent. Due to market and seasonal limitations, the choice and arrangement of flowers might slightly differ while ensuring equal value.
To maintain freshness and creativity, our packaging paper is regularly updated and may differ from the photos but will maintain a consistent style.
Due to the large number of orders during the graduation season, we recommend choosing self-pickup (5% discount code when checkout: PICKUP5). If there are any issues, adjustments can be made on-site with the assistance of a florist. Once a bouquet is successfully delivered, Lamore Florist will not be responsible for any subsequent issues.
Changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Please consider carefully before ordering. Payment signifies acceptance of these terms.

Self-Pickup/Delivery Information

Operating Hours: 10.30am ~ 6pm

Delivery Information:

Free Delivery: For orders over $100, free delivery is available city-wide within the CBD and a 25 km radius.
Advance Delivery: For morning graduation ceremonies, you have the option to have your flowers delivered the night before.
Delivery Dates: 5-17 December (18 Dec is reserved for self-pickup only).
Delivery Windows: 2-6 pm or 6-9 pm (We only support time-slot deliveries; specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed and depend on the route and traffic conditions)
If Absent: If the recipient is not at home, we will look for a secure place to leave the flowers. If no such place is available, we will attempt to contact you.
If we do not receive a response, the bouquet may be returned, and an additional fee will be charged for re-delivery.

毕业季鲜花花束默认花泥插制，以延长保鲜时间。
图片为风格参考，花材可能会根据每日供应情况做出调整，但保持风格一致。
由于市场和季节限制，在保证同等价值情况下，花材选择/摆放可能略有不同。
为保持新鲜和创意，包装纸定期更新，可能与图片不同，但保持色系和风格统一。
毕业季订单繁多，建议大家选择自取（享95折，Code：PICKUP5）。若有任何问题，可在现场由花艺师协助调整。所有花束一经成功交付，Lamore将不再承担后续责任。
修改/取消订单必须至少提前48小时告知。
