Self-Pickup Address:

• Shop208T/220 Spencer St, Melbourne VIC 3000 (inside the Upper West Side building)
• Operating Hours: 10.30am ~ 6pm

Delivery Information:

• Free Delivery: For orders over $100, free delivery is available city-wide within the CBD and a 25 km radius. 
• Delivery Windows: 2-6 pm or 6-9 pm (We only support time-slot deliveries; specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed and depend on the route and traffic conditions)
• If Absent: If the recipient is not at home, we will look for a secure place to leave the flowers. If no such place is available, we will attempt to contact you.
  
  If we do not receive a response, the bouquet may be returned, and an additional fee will be charged for re-delivery.

To help your flowers stay fresh for longer:

• Keep the bouquet in a cool place, away from direct sunlight, heat and air conditioning.
  
• Check the floral foam daily and gently add a small amount of clean water when needed.
  
• Avoid pouring water directly onto the flowers or wrapping.
  
• Remove any wilted blooms or leaves as they naturally age.
  
• Keep the bouquet away from fruit, as ripening fruit can shorten the life of fresh flowers.
  

Fresh flowers are a natural product, and their lifespan may vary depending on the flower variety, room temperature and care conditions.

• Each bouquet is uniquely handcrafted using fresh seasonal flowers. While substitutions may occasionally be necessary, the overall style, colour palette and value will always be maintained.
• Wrapping paper and ribbons may vary from the photos depending on stock availability.
• Please inspect your bouquet upon pickup or delivery. Once accepted or delivered, Lamore Florist is not responsible for issues caused by handling, transport or improper care.
• Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery.
